Fibercast Pipe and Fittings
CPS is a certified fabrication shop for Fibercast Pipe & Fittings. All of our employees are certified to fabricate the Fibercast piping system. Over 200,000 Fibercast joints have been performed in our shop in the past 8 years.

Smith
The Smith piping systems utilize both tapered and scarfed (straight) joints. CPS has qualified as a certified fabrication shop for these systems as well. Our employees are qualified annually on the various joining systems utilized in the Smith Products.

Structural
Thermo-plastic
CPS has been an approved fabricator and installer for the Acroline concrete liner since 2003. Acroline is a liner sheet made from HDPE, PP, or PVDF that has integral anchors that are poured into the concrete. These liners sheets can be fabricated into trenches, sumps, manholes, valve boxes, etc.
CPS also has the equipment to fabricate thermo-plastic tanks, stands, sinks, enclosures, and panels. Our benders and plate-fusion machines can handle 10' wide material to eliminate hand welds.
Welders are certified according to C-1147, DVS-2205, and ASTM B31.2 criteria
